Pinnacle Pointe Hospital Congratulates ‘Big Sister of the Year’ Kimberly Claud

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — (May 13, 2010) — Pinnacle Pointe Hospital proudly congratulates Kimberly Claud for being named Arkansas’ “Big Sister of the Year” by Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). Claud, a therapeutic recreational specialist at Pinnacle Pointe, was first nominated by Anna Button, Claud’s match support specialist, and received support from her “little sister” and the faculty at her little sister’s school through BBBS of Central Arkansas. Claud was then later selected by a panel of directors for the organization as this year’s statewide recipient.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - (May 5, 2010) - In conjunction with Youth Suicide Prevention Week, Pinnacle Pointe Hospital hosted the 2010 Youth Suicide Prevention Poetry and PSA Awards Ceremony on March 30. The awards ceremony honored area junior high and high school winners of the poetry and public service announcements (PSA) contest themed “Life—Explore the Possibilities.”

Pinnacle Pointe Increases its Behavioral Health Services for Children By Adding 22 Beds

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — (Jan. 21, 2010) — Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral HealthCare System has added 22 new beds to its hospital totaling 124 beds. Serving children ages 5-17, Pinnacle Pointe experienced a higher demand for its services in 2009 than the space available could accommodate.
